Consultations are by appointment only and are scheduled in 15-minute blocks. Please advise reception if you require a longer appointment time, as this will help us to keep on schedule. If you would like to make a booking online please head to our contact page.
Urgent consultations will be triaged accordingly.
We prefer patients come into the practice but for those who cannot, please contact your doctor to make arrangements. Home visits are offered to existing patients in the local area only.
After business hours, the National Home Doctor Service looks after our patients. You can contact them on 13 74 25 or (02) 99062544.
If you need to speak to your doctor urgently, every effort will be made to accommodate for your needs. If this is not possible a message will be taken for the GP to contact you when they are available.
Pathology Test Results
Results are not given over the phone. The reason for this is patient confidentiality and often the need to discuss these in person. Please make an appointment with your doctor to discuss your results.
Recalls & Reminders
Our practice is committed to preventative care. We will issue patients with reminders in the form of a phone call, SMS message or a letter. If you do not wish to receive health reminders, please inform the practice or discuss it with your doctor.
Your privacy is important to us. Please be advised that your medical records and any other information collected by SLMC remain strictly confidential. SLMC privacy policies maintain security of all personal information at all times and ensure this information is only available to authorised members of staff.
